There’s a new crossover coming to the Cadillac lineup, and new spy photos of it have just emerged. It’s called the Cadillac XT6, and it’s larger than the XT5 and has three rows of seating. There aren’t too many details on the mysterious new SUV yet but make sure to check out these captured photos:
The Cadillac XT6 will be a companion to the CT6 sedan as both will share the same technology. The SUV is expected to get either a 3.0 or a 3.6L V6 engine for the entry-level trim, producing somewhere around 335 horsepower assumably.
Since the XT6 and the CT6 will share technology, that means the XT6 will come with Super Cruise; Cadillac’s hands-free driving system. It will also receive the latest Cue infotainment system, a 10-inch screen, and a video rear-view mirror.
The new XT6 does appear to be borrowing some design cues from the XT4 and XT5, however it’s hard to tell much at all from the vehicle in these photos as it is obviously heavily camouflaged. At least we have a basic idea of what it will look like.
It’s rumored that the new Cadillac XT6 will make its debut later this year at the L.A. Auto Show, and expected to possibly go on sale in spring of 2019. Nothing is official yet, but we are very excited for when official photos of Cadillacs newest crossover SUV are released. Make sure to keep up with our blog for all of the latest announcements.
